SHIPPING POLICY

Axilift offers FREE shipping on all orders within the United States.

Shipping Method

Due to the size and weight of our products, all orders are shipped via freight carriers and delivered curbside. The carrier will deliver the shipment to the nearest accessible location at the delivery address. Inside delivery, lift-gate service, or scheduled appointments may not be included unless stated otherwise.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery time varies by location and carrier, usually 5–10 business days

Delivery Inspection

Customers must inspect the shipment at delivery.
If there is visible damage:

  • Note it on the delivery receipt

  • Take photos

  • Contact us within 48 hours

Failure to report damage within this time frame may void freight claims.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the conditions below.

Eligible Returns

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been installed or used

  • Products returned damaged due to improper handling

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover freight and handling costs.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return freight costs

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days
